SolarSmart specialises in using renewable energy to provide electricity to homes, businesses and communities. They do this by using sunlight and solar panels to generate electricity. They have been around since 2000 and grew quite a bit as a company.
SolarSmart requires a new logo and a design system for employees working with the brand. They also want to create awareness of the importance of using renewable energy to generate electricity.

This is the layout of the Solar Smart logo. The basic idea is that the sun and the text part together form a circular shape of the sun.
The biggest challenge was to design a logo that would match the company's aspirations with its appearance and character.
That the content and purpose of the company can be seen in the logo, while at the same time it exudes trust and service.
My approach to System Design begins with deep research into user needs, competitive analysis and understanding of business goals.
As a UI/UX designer, I strive to ensure visually appealing solutions that are easy to use and functionally efficient.
Working on this project also showed me the importance of accessibility.
Accessibility is an extremely important concept related to ensuring that everyone, regardless of their abilities or limitations, has equal access to information, products, services, spaces and technology.
Now I understand that it is not only a moral obligation, but also an investment in a better and more inclusive society. Creating an environment that is sensitive to the needs of different people benefits everyone, leading to greater productivity, innovation and broader social progress.
